Power Up: Level 2

Take your organizing to the next level.

  • An advanced group training taking place on Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Starting on 5 & 7 May and concluding on 19 & 21 May 2026

Past Organizing for Power trainings have focused on the core fundamentals of organizing. You got the idea… and now it’s time to put those concepts into practice. This brand new advanced program will pick up where previous programs left off*, helping you to ensure that your next campaign is a winning one.

Building real power starts with a disciplined base and a plan to win, but to cross the finish line you’ll need to master the day-to-day details of running your campaign the right way. How do you stay on course and keep organized when the going gets tough? Let’s get to work now to make sure you’re ready when the time comes.

Over four sessions – including plenary and small group breakouts, plus several homework assignments designed to connect learnings to your organizing work – we will cover a series of key lessons that can make the difference between winning and losing campaigns, starting from the moment you put your plan into action. Are you ready?

* Not sure whether you’re ready to take the program? Check out this pre-course checklist!

Power-Up: Level 2

is a participatory group training mixing global plenaries with small group breakout work. To successfully complete the program, you will be expected to do one preparatory assignment, one mid-term assignment with your group during our 11 May gap week, and one final piece of group work after the conclusion of our fourth session.

This advanced training will feature all new exercises and activities, including quizzes, roleplaying and participant fishbowls; plus reflection questions, checklists, work plan templates, and other support tools for your organizing.

The training will start on May 5th, continue on May 7th, and conclude on May 19th and 21st, following a gap week where you will be expected to meet with your organizing group to complete a collective assignment.

Each of our sessions will be run twice for our global audience, at O4P’s usual Track A and Track B times. For those of you in Asia-Pacific, Track B will take place on the following day (i.e., Wednesdays & Fridays: 6, 8, 20, and 22 May).

  • Track A will feature simultaneous interpretation to Arabic, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Ukrainian.
  • Track B will feature simultaneous interpretation to Bahasa Indonesian and Spanish.
