What to expect

Power-Up will cover:

  • Leader Identification: how to harness the power of social relationships to build majorities in your context,
  • The importance of word choice,
  • How to conduct Structured Organizing Conversations,
  • The steps to develop a solid Plan to Win,
  • Structure Tests.

The program will be structured around a narrative that links labor and community injustices around a shared campaign.

Our trainings are participatory and designed to support your existing campaigns: sessions will include moments in plenary and break-out groups, and participants will be supported by group exercises, worksheets, and homework.
